Every plan is the full platform – higher plans add capacity, your team, supplier communication and deeper hands-on care. Your plan is set when you're onboarded and you can move up any time: Pro features are visible inside your dashboard on every plan, and they unlock the moment you upgrade.
How billing works
Daybook is a recurring subscription you can pay monthly or annually, billed in pounds sterling (GBP). Paying annually saves you 10%. Standard and Pro include a one-time £199 setup fee charged once when you start; Enterprise onboarding is tailored to your team. There are no hidden charges and no per-invoice or per-reminder fees.
Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time – your subscription stops renewing, you are not charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our Refund & cancellation policy and Terms.
Your subscription and setup fee are sold and billed by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle takes the payment, calculates and adds any applicable VAT at checkout, and issues your receipt; the charge appears on your statement as “Paddle”. Daybook never sees or stores your card details.
